How to: Change the clock display.
Solution:
Double-click 'Regional Settings' in the 'Control Panel', and adjust the clock and date settings.
1) Click the 'Start' button to display the 'Start' menu.
2) Select 'Settings' and select 'Control Panel'. (The 'Control Panel' window appears.)

3) Double-click the 'Regional Settings' icon. (The 'Regional Settings Properties' dialog box appears.)

4) Click the 'Time' tab. (The 'Time' properties sheet appears.)
5) Adjust the clock settings as follows:
a) Select a time style from the 'Time style' drop-down list box.

b) Type a different symbol in the 'Time Separator' box (e.g., a hyphen).
c) Type the desired AM or PM symbols.
6) Click 'Apply'.
7) Click the 'Date' tab.
8) Adjust the date settings as follows:
a) Select a date style from the 'Short date style' drop-down list box.
b) Type a date separator in the 'Separator' box.
c) Select a long date style from the 'Long date style' drop-down list box.
9) Click 'Apply'.
10) Click 'OK'.
